Grant Harvey is the Lead Writer of The Neuron, where he continues to lead the publication's daily coverage of AI news, tools, and trends.

Grant spent over five years covering emerging technology before finding his calling in covering the fast-paced industry of AI. He approaches every story with a simple test: "Would my mom understand this?" (She's now a Neuron subscriber, so he must be doing something right.)

Grant's philosophy is straightforward; a robot won't steal your job (yet), but someone who knows how to use AI probably will. That's why he focuses on making AI understandable and actionable for professionals who need to stay ahead, not just keep up.

When he's not analyzing the latest AI releases or crafting newsletter content, Grant is completing AI courses (including MIT xPRO's generative AI program), testing new tools hands-on, and co-hosting The Neuron: AI Explained podcast with Corey Noles. Based in Los Angeles, he's passionate about helping knowledge workers understand how today's technology will reshape work tomorrow, and how to prepare now.
